As part of the Aiola Family, Daniel Marg and Gernot Büttner-Vorraber opened MOIN (good morning in northern german slang) in Graz, Austria. They serve a mix of northern german classics, paired with austrian fusion cuisine. Please note that this is our description of their food concept, they might describe it a little more accurate.  

It is a noble pub with cozy interior and a place to dive in. Inspired by north-german nautical theme we designed abstract water surface shapes and let them flow through the whole restaurant. Sometimes these abstract water elements merge into motifs like a seafarer, octopus or a message in a bottle. To set contrast we blended some bold elements: Corals and underwater plants in deep red – to match the rest of the interior concept by Judith Schwarz.
